Don't  miss  thinking   day  2017: MADAGASCAR!

TOUCH A CRITTER! The folks from Wildlife Adventures will explore the unique flora and fauna of Madagascar and bring with them a few creatures for you to meet.  Want to hold a Madagascar hissing cockroach? Well, maybe not. But we might be able to listen to one hiss! How would you like to pet a hedgehog, similar to species found on Madagascar? Or meet a tortoise? Wildlife Adventures director and educator Valerie Garcia is trying to make special arrangements to bring an owl and a bird of prey! Don't miss this wild exploration of Malagasy nature!

MADAGASCAR-UNITED STATES ART EXCHANGE  With a little help from our Baltimore Malagasy community, we've made arrangements to exchange artwork with our sister Scouts in Madagascar! Each Scout will create a drawing showing what being a Girl Scout means to her. Come to Thinking Day to see the Malagasy drawings that traveled almost 9,000 miles to get here!

PLAY THINK TANK, our group game show! Troops face each other head-to-head to answer trivia based on our sister Scouts in Madagascar! Which troop will be the last one standing? Come to find out!

MORE TO COME! We're talking with a former Malagasy Girl Scout who now lives in Maryland to see what other fun activities we can bring to this year's Thinking Day! So stay tuned!
