Thinking Day 2016: Egypt
Left, a scout adds the finishing touches to her Egyptian armlet. Right, another tries to move miniature cargo in a different kind of crane game while others wait patiently for a turn.
Brownies proudly show their armlets, necklaces and tatoos, just a few of the many activities at our Egyptian Thinking Day.
Nina Amaya, above, performed and then instructed our Scouts on the posture, authentic movements and cultural background of belly dancing.
Far left, even Cleopatra made an appearance at our Thinking Day! Left, Howard Koontz, who helped plan our celebration, wore traditional Egyptian clothes. Middle right, this brownie gets a little help from dad securing her necklace cartouche. Right, a Daisy tries hibiscus tea.
Meet your hosts, from left: Elisabeth, Katie and Jordan. Watch for them in our upcoming celebration of Madagascar!

Even some of our smallest participants showed off some moves!
Our celebration ended with the traditional Girl Scout song, "Make New Friends."
